How to get there?

From Dalaman Airport: Our venue, located in Faralya district of Fethiye, is 90-minutes (75 km) away by car. For arrivals, we suggest using our official airport transfer service direct to the venue — details for booking are in the next FAQ item. Alternatively, public buses (Havas) provide an affordable option to Fethiye bus station for around €4.

Alternative Airports:
- From Antalya: For more affordable direct flights from Europe, consider flying into Antalya, and then taking a bus from Antalya Otogar (bus station) to Fethiye (about €7), which takes approximately 3 hours. 
- From Rhodes (Greece): For the adventurers, another likely affordable option is Rhodes, which is only 2 hours from Fethiye by fast ferry (€40 one-way, €75 return).

From Fethiye: If you prefer independent travel, once you reach Fethiye downtown (e.g. bus or ferry station), a 45-minute taxi ride will take you to our venue, costing about €35. Question 2

How does Dalaman airport transfers work?

We offer convenient van transfers for up to 6 people from/to Dalaman Airport at a total one-way cost of €100. Following your ticket pre-payment, you’ll be directed to the airport transfer booking forms. If your arrival or departure times aligns closely with others, it will be possible to pool transfers to share costs.

Please note that the transfer fee must be paid directly to the driver in cash.

Minimum age required? Pets allowed?

Please note that attendees must be at least 21 years old. Pets are allowed in the facility, however dogs are required to be on a leash in public areas.

How will be the weather?

The end of September is the perfect time to visit the Turkish Riviera! You can expect wonderful daytime temperatures around 28°C and a comfortably warm sea at about 25°C. At night, temperatures may drop to around 15°C — ideal for dancing the night away, but don’t forget to pack a sweater or a polartec for when you’re resting or sleeping. Although it’s predominantly sunny this time of year (with an average of 87% sunny days), the very occasional rain shower is short-lived and the sun typically returns quickly.

How much music will there be?

Our event features a music-focused yet balanced format.  In the initial days, we emphasize wellness, workshops, and adventure activities, with music sessions beginning at sunset and concluding around 1 AM. Starting Friday afternoon, we shift to an all-day music-oriented program with extended playtimes. Please note, playing personal music within the facility and lodging sites is not permitted.

What is there to eat and drink?

Enjoy breakfast served at your selected accommodation and a lavish 5-course dinner buffet at Rocas Roja, both included in our accommodation prices. Our menu accommodates all dietary preferences, featuring everything from vegan dishes to meat-based options. For additional variety or lunch, our à la carte restaurant is available throughout your stay. Plus, our bar serves a delightful array of cocktails, smoothies, and beers for your enjoyment.

Question 7

What about the sea, pool, toilets, showers?

Attendees enjoy free access to the beautiful Faralya coast for swimming, as well as Rocas Roja’s pool. Toilets and showers are available in common areas of Rocas for your convenience. 
All accommodation options, except for the camping areas, come with private toilets. Campers benefit from access to well-maintained shared toilets and shower facilities.

Question 8

How does the shuttle service between lodging sites and Rocas work?

Accepted Answer

We offer a complimentary shuttle service between all accommodation options and Rocas Roja. The shuttle schedule will be announced prior to the event. 
- After breakfast, one-way shuttles will transport attendees to Rocas. 
- In the late afternoon, prior to dinner, shuttles will operate in both directions. 
- At the end of the day's program, one-way shuttles will take attendees back to their respective accommodations. 
Additionally, for greater convenience, a taxi service will be available at a reasonable fee outside the standard shuttle operating times.
